"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, Who is in you, Whom you have received from God? ... So use every part of your body to give glory back to God..." 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

Deliver ME~

Just the Basics:
The sun rose Hot and fast, So I had to leave quick. I wanted a worry free run. You know one of those runs you actually enjoy without looking at your Garmin. Not thinking about time, pace, distance or whether your dog is going to make it or not!
I have been fussing with my Ipod the last few weeks. And that really messes me up. My Green Ipod Nano will not power on and my backup silver Nano is very temper-mental.  I decide to take my NIKE Plus sensor out and see if that would help and it did.
The music today was very inspirational. Mostly Contemporary Christian. What I like as good thinking music.
My Favorite that I listened to today was:

DAVID CROWDER: DELIVER ME
Deliver me out of the sadness
Deliver me from all the madness
Deliver me courage to guide me
Deliver me Your strength inside me
CHORUS:
All of my life
I've been in hiding
Wishing there was someone just like You
Now that You're here
Now that I've found You
I know that You're the One to pull me through
Deliver me loving and caring
Deliver me giving and sharing
Deliver me this cross that I'm bearing
Oh, deliver me
Jesus, Jesus how I trust You
How I've proved You o'er and o'er
Jesus, Jesus precious Jesus
Deliver me
Come and pull me through
Come pull me through

Today My personal lyrics were:
Deliver Me out of my own Head.
Deliver Me I want to hear all that You Said.
Deliver Me from the voices of my Past,
Deliver Me to your words that forever Last.
CHORUS:
All of my life
I've been in hiding
Wishing there was someone just like You
Now that You're here
Now that I've found You
I know that You're the One to pull me through
Deliver Me Secure, Your My Strong Tower
Deliver Me Your My Strength and My Power.

Things I have been Delivered from:
  1. Family of Addiction
  2. Resentments and Unforgiveness
  3. 2 Knee Surgeries
  4. Being a Product of my Past
  5. Insecurities...Most Not all!
