You put in a lot of miles, speedwork, hills, more miles... i get concerned about you but you always manage;-) my recovery is definitely stretch and ice as needed, a yummy meal (what that is depends on the season!) & just maybe a nap;-) my bigger picture - similar to yours - be Christ-like, good wife, mom,daughter etc. and RUN until i am 80+ lol:-D hey - i even braved the cold today - 4 milesOUTSIDE - couldn't take another day indoors...Daniellenoreply@blogger.com
